What is Database Management System
A database is a program used to store data. A database is a contain at least one table to work with the data. And the table is a data structure used to store the information. The table will have at least a row and a column to store the information.
The database system is an overall collection of database and software component. With the help of third party tools user can create , update or delete and retrieve their data’s. Each client communicates with database indirect with help of third party tools users can send and receive or update their data. Every user should have different permission for accessing their database. With the permission given to the user , they can create, Update or delete the record.

Database management system (DBMS) is a set software program help to store, Alter and retrieve the user data whenever possible. The data is stored in the database must be reliable, easy and simple way to get their data. There are many software tools are used for database application. Most and widely used database application are MS SQL server, Microsoft access , Oracal, Mysql or IBM DB2. The advantage of using DBMS Follows :

The disadvantage of using a DBMS :
The cost will high due implementing a server and database.
